Trainings that work
Our principle is that legal training does not have to be boring and theoretical, but should be participative, entertaining and genuinely useful in the day-to-day running of businesses. Our practical trainings provide you not only with information, but also with concrete tools that can be used in the day-to-day running of your business, such as codes of conduct, model documents and checklists.
The training sessions are held either on the client's premises or remotely online. Training sessions are typically half-day or full-day in length.

The trainers are Valo Partners' experts Alexa Kavasto and Kiira Koponen, who have held numerous popular training sessions on labour law and public procurement for managers and experts from companies and public administrations.
Success in challenging workplace situations requires strong interpersonal and communication skills in addition to an understanding of the law. This is why VALO Partners also organises training sessions with Constra Group Oy, a specialist in training for demanding interaction situations.
